Day 1-4: Milan, Italy
Welcome to Milan, a metropolitan city in Italy’s northern Lombardy region. Milan is said to be Italy’s city of the future, where money talks, creativity is big business and looking good is an art form. Milan is home to Leonardo da Vinci’s mural of The Last Supper, hidden away on a wall in Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. It is a sight not to be missed. When you are not gazing at the masterful displays of da Vinci’s work, spend your day strolling through the cobbled streets, taking in the cities spectacular fashion. Visit the Duomo, an extravagant gothic cathedral and Galleria Vittoria Emanuele II, followed by a spot of aperitivo hopping
Day 5: Monte Carlo, Monaco
Take the train to Monte Carlo and see the playground of the rich and famous. Monte Carlo is home to crystal clear waters, mega yachts, stunning architecture and the world-renown Monte Carlo Hotel. Today embark onboard Oceania’s Sirena and get ready to set sail
Day 6: Florence / Pisa (Livorno), Italy
Today you’ll have the opportunity to snap that perfect picture, supporting the Leaning Tower of Pisa then enjoying a pizza. Travel to Florence for more delicious Italian cuisine, be enamored by the Duomo and Michelangelo’s “David” statue right before the beautiful sunset over the Arno River.
Day 7: Rome, Italy
Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums. Or people-watch while sipping on an espresso in a quaint cafe.
Day 8: Amalfi, Italy
The Amalfi coastline is undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. The colourful beach side towns fuse oceans and mountains, creating the perfect backdrop for a local limoncello. Spend the day driving through the winding hills or relax on the beaches under your own lido.
Day 9: Syracuse, Sicily
Known for its timeless beauty, Syracuse city on the coast where ancient Greek ruins rise out of lush citrus orchards. Eat delicious pizza overlooking pristine turquoise waters.
Day 10: Crotone (Calabria)
Welcome to Calabria’s port city of Crotone. Be sure to visit the monumental, 9th-century Castello di Carlo V.
Day 11: Corfu, Greece
One of the lushest of the Greek Isles, Corfu is rimmed in dramatic blue waters and topped with tranquil hillside villages. A collection of quaint cafes in the town of Corfu feels very continental, but the island’s secluded coves and sandy beaches could only be found in the Greek Isles.
Day 12: Kotor, Montenegro
Welcome to this beautiful port town in Montenegro. Gaze upon terracotta roofs, clear waters and fresh local seafood right by the sea. This is the perfect destination to sit back and relax amongst the towering mountains of Montenegro.
Day 13: Dubrovnik, Croatia
Despite the magnificent 13th century walls that surround the city, Dubrovnik is one of the most welcoming cruise destinations in all of Europe. Dubbed “the pearl of the Adriatic”, this Croatian city exudes romantic charm and beautiful scenery with its shimmering marble streets, centuries-old buildings capped by bright orange roofs and lovely beaches ensconced between awesome rocky ledges.
Day 14: Venice, Italy
You could start a discussion about Venice by praising its restaurants, wine bars, marble churches or blown glass. But you probably won’t. You’ll likely start with the fact that Venice is built on water. It is a place where people either float slowly down palace-lined man-made waterways or stroll down narrow alleyways. There’s no more of an extraordinary place to find yourself, or lose yourself.
