There is a shore excursion to suit everyone in Suva, from zip-lining for the adrenaline junkie, to village tours for the culture vulture, and farmers markets for the die-hard foodie!
Day 5: Lautoka, Fiji
Fun Fact – Lautoka, meaning “spear-hit” or “hit to win,” received its name as a result of an argument between two chiefs. Situated on the western side of the largest island in Fiji, Lautoka is encased by clear waters of the Pacific Ocean on one side and sugar cane crops and pine trees on the other.

Day 7: Apia, Samoa
Samoa consists of nine islands, northeast of New Zealand. The islands were originally settled around 1000 BC by a thriving Polynesian culture. In Apia, explore the colourful food market and the flea market – where you can find the perfect souvenir to remember Samoa. Discover alluring blue lagoons, serene tropical beaches, cascading waterfalls, and lush rain forests. A must-try is the fresh fish wrapped in banana leaves and cooked in an umu, (an earth oven made with hot stones).
Day 7: International Date Line Crossing
Day 7: Pago Pago, American Samoa
Pago Pago belongs to the largest Samoan island in the South Pacific and the capital of American Samoa. This beautiful island was a known coaling station and naval base during the second world war, in modern times it is visited due to its ecological diversity.
