After breakfast today, take in the highlights of Oslo on a locally guided city tour. See historically significant and beautifully preserved buildings including the Opera House and Akershus medieval fortress. Enjoy time to wander the peaceful Frogner Park and adjacent Vigeland Park, filled with the sculptural works of Norwegian artist, Gustav Vigeland. Later, relax on the comfortable coach and enjoy the scenery as you travel west into Geilo.

Day 3: Geilo – Myrdal – Flam – Sognefjord – Bergen, Norway
Start a full day of exciting sightseeing today with the train from Geilo to Myrdal; the mountainous starting point for the world-famous Flam railway. The Flam track winds steeply through one of Norway’s most stunning valleys, offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities.

The day continues with an incredible cruise onboard a purpose-built Eco vessel from Flam into the spectacular Nærøyfjord – within Sognefjord, the deepest fjord in Norway and another photogenic place of outstanding natural beauty. Take advantage of the large windows and specially designed decks to soak up the Nordic scenery. Complete this special day with the scenic drive down to Bergen, to relax for the evening.

Day 4: Bergen – Hardangerfjord – Oslo, Norway
Relax this morning with some free time to enjoy Bergen, the city surrounded by fjords and soaring mountain ranges. Then, travel the breathtaking Hardangerfjord road to Oslo; including a photo stop at the mighty Vøringsfossen waterfall. Be ready for jaw dropping views at every turn.

Day 5: Oslo, Norway – Gothenburg – Malmo, Sweden
Take in the views on your trip south from Oslo this morning. The lunch stop is in lovely Gothenburg, a charming port city founded in the early 1600’s and now highly regarded for its urban culture, food scene and canals lined with elegant Neo-classical buildings. Arrive into Malmo, on Sweden’s southern tip for an evening at leisure to admire the many striking modern structures, including vast Oresund Bridge; connecting Sweden with Denmark.

Day 6: Malmo, Sweden – Copenhagen, Denmark
After breakfast and check out this morning, fully experience the scale of Oresund Bridge as your coach crosses over the sea and tracks down into the Drogden Tunnel, leading on to Denmark and Copenhagen. Then meet your local guide for a 4 hour city tour. See the Little Mermaid and Gefion Fountain; the Royal residence Amalienborg Palace and Nyhavn Canal with its charming outdoor restaurants and picturesque cafés; the Christiansborg Castle, home of the Danish Parliament; the Royal Opera House, and many more sights. The city tour concludes with a visit to the wonderful Tivoli Gardens, part cultural hub, amusement park and garden in the heart of the city. Relax for the rest of the day and evening.
