Day 1: Monte Carlo, Monaco
Welcome to the play ground of the rich and famous. Monte Carlo is home to crystal clear waters, mega yachts, stunning architecture and the world renown Monte Carlo Hotel.
Day 2: Florence / Pisa (Livorno), Italy
Today you’ll have the opportunity to snap that perfect picture, supporting the Leaning Tower of Pisa then enjoying a pizza. Travel to Florence for more delicious Italian cuisine, be enamoured by the Duomo and Michelangelo’s “David” statue right before the beautiful sunset over the Arno River.
Day 3: Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy
Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums. Or people-watch while sipping on an espresso in a quaint cafe.
Day 4: Sorrento, Italy
Sorrento is known as the gateway of Capri. Filled with pedestrian-only streets and stunning restaurants who use lemon as the key flavour in just about everything. Isle of Capri is just off the coast and is a must visit to see the famed Blue Grotto, a stunning glowing cave which can’t be found anywhere else in the world.
Day 5: Syracuse, Sicily
Known for its timeless beauty, Syracuse city on the coast where ancient Greek ruins rise out of lush citrus orchards. Eat delicious pizza overlooking pristine turquoise waters.
Day 6: Valletta, Malta
Valletta is famed for its historical aspects including churches, curated gardens, palaces and piazzas. The Magisterial Palace now houses the Maltese Parliament in it’s centuries old structure.
Day 7: Cagliari, Sardinia
Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, provides the perfect blend of modern life and medieval mystery.
Day 8: Corsica, France
Crystal clear waters and heritage architecture will meet you in Corsica. This mountainous Mediterranean island is home to both busy and remote beaches, challenging and chilled hiking trails and despite being claimed by France in 1768, you’ll still feel as though you’re in Italy.
Day 9: Palamos, Spain
Palamos is home to one of the best fishing villages in the Costa Brava region. Its nightlife is buzzing in the old port and a day isn’t complete without fresh prawns and sangria. With white sand beaches, quaint coves, historic castles and well preserved churches, one day simply won’t be enough to explore everything this beautiful port town has to offer!
Day 10: Palma De Mallorca, Spain
The city was founded 2100 years ago and is overflowing with history. Wander the cobblestone streets and alleyways that surround the Gothic cathedral as the focal point of Palma.
Day 11: Barcelona, Spain
Welcome to the cultural hub of Spain, Barcelona! Explore the stunning sights such as the Sagrada Familia and enjoy the local tapas for some truly delicious cuisine.
The Marina is renowned for its warmth and charm. This spacious ship was built in 2011 and is the perfect base to begin your exploration of luscious countryside and royal lodgings. Compare the elegance of Buckingham Palace and the royal palace in Brussels, and peek into the lives of the Norwegian royal family in Oslo. Guest historians, naturalists and former ambassadors are on board the Marina to fill you in on all the finer details and you can complete the experience by eating like a king from the signature menus of master chef Jacques Pépin.
