Day 1: Osaka/Amagasaki, Japan

Arrive at Kansai International Airport in Osaka and be transferred to your hotel by Airport Limousine Bus. ** NB Airport Limousines bus has set drop off points and there may be a short walk required to your hotel *

Day 2: Nara (day trip)

Your English-Speaking guide will meet you at the hotel this morning for a full day of Sightseeing. Activities include Nara Deer Park, Todaiji Temple (Great Buddha) and Kasuga Shrine Treasure House. You will be taken back to the hotel in the early evening with time to get ready before meeting for a group welcome dinner at a nearby local restaurant

Day 3: Osaka/Amagasaki (free day)

Enjoy a free day in Osaka today. The city is renown for its modern architecture, nightlife &, most famously, it’s delicious street food. Be sure to head to Dotonbori Street and try Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki & Kushikatsu. The 16th-century shogunate Osaka Castle has undergone countless restorations and remains as the city’s most historical landmark.

Day 4: Kyoto (day trip)

Your English-Speaking guide will meet you at the hotel this morning for a full day of sightseeing in Kyoto today. Activities include Fushimi Inari Shrine, Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka, Kodaiji Temple and the famous Gion Area.

Day 5: Osaka/Amagasaki – Nagoya – Shizuoka

Today you will leave Osaka and travel to Hamamatsu through Nagoya. Included sightseeing Nagoya Castle, Osu Shopping District & the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry

Day 6: Shizuoka – Mt Fuji Area – Tokyo

Travel to Tokyo today with stops along the way at the famous Mt Fuji, Oshino Hakkai & Gotemba Peace Park. You will be taken to the hotel in the early evening with time to get ready before meeting for a group dinner at a nearby local restaurant

Day 7: Tokyo, Japan (free day)

“Enjoy a free day in Tokyo today”. Japan’s bustling capital juxtaposes the ultramodern with the traditional and offers an abundance of beautiful scenery, quirky activities, indulgent food and a vibrant nightlife. Consider travelling around the city on the shinkansen bullet trains with a visit to Tsukiji Outer Fish Market, high-tech entertainment island – Odaiba, iconic Tokyo Tower, the world’s busiest intersection – Shibuya Crossing, numerous ramen restaurants or boisterous izakaya bars.

Day 8: Tokyo, Japan

Today transfer to new state-of-the-art Tokyo International Cruise Terminal and jump onboard MSC Bellissima.

Day 9: Wakayama, Japan

Wakayama Japan, is the spiritual heartland of Japan, an ancient gem waiting for you to discover. With breathtaking mountain vistas to gawk at, misty alpine forests to explore, & pristine beaches to relax at, the Wakayama Prefecture will become your new favourite destination in Japan.

Day 10: Wakayama, Japan

Wakayama Japan, is the spiritual heartland of Japan, an ancient gem waiting for you to discover. With breathtaking mountain vistas to gawk at, misty alpine forests to explore, & pristine beaches to relax at, the Wakayama Prefecture will become your new favourite destination in Japan.

Day 11: Hiroshima, Japan

While paying tribute to the infamous nuclear attack that destroyed the city in 1945, Hiroshima is now defined as a beacon of peace and prides itself on its exceptional natural beauty. None more iconic than 300 cherry blossom trees in bloom at Peace Memorial Park and enjoy local delicacies.

Day 12: Hiroshima & Matsuyama

After seeing and experiencing Hiroshima’s past, spend some time in the present day. Hiroshima has grown a thriving cosmopolitan city, with vibrant nightlife, an exciting fashion scene & incredible food. We suggest visiting Okonomi-mura, the place known as the okonomiyaki food theme park. Okonomi-mura serves arguably the best, Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki. Matsuyama, Japan is Shikoku’s largest city. The beautiful area of the world is located in a lush river basin, built around the ancient hot springs of Dōgo Onsen Honkan. Be sure to experience the pure relaxation of a traditional Japanese Onsen and bask in the architectural beauty of the 19th-century public bathhouse built around the springs. For a spice of spirituality, Matsuyama is home to 8 of the 88 temples in Japan, including Ishite-ji, one of the most famous stops on the 88 temple pilgrimage.

Day 13: At Sea

Your full day at sea will allow you to take full advantage of everything your ship has to offer. Seek out hidden treasures and make the most of the facilities onboard. Day 14: Gangjeong/Jeju Island, Republic of Korea

Gangjeong-dong, located in South Korea’s Eastern Island is a great place to experience a taste of what the beautiful South Korea is all about; traditional culture, vibrancy, hiking, food and K-Pop

Day 16: Yokkaichi, Japan

Located in the northern part of the Mie prefecture in Japan, Yokkaichi is a beautiful and vibrant city. Be sure to see the famously beautiful illuminations of Nabana-no-Sato & Nagashima Spaland and bask in nature at Mt. Gozaisho-dake & Yunoyama Onsen.

Day 17: Yokohama, Japan
