Day 1: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Today arrive in Dubai and jump onboard MSC Seaview and enjoy an onboard overnight stay

Day 2: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Dubai is where you will be able to explore some of the most astounding man-made sites in the Northern Hemisphere. Check out The Palm, an island built in the shape indicative of its name, filled with opulent mansions and in close proximity to the Burj Al Arab Hotel. The Burj is a 7 star, unmatched experience built for the ultra wealthy elitists. The most well known building in Dubai is without a doubt the Burj Khalifa, extending 830 metres, seamlessly entering the stratosphere. Size and decadence seem to be the only two prerequisites in Dubai.

Day 3: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Welcome to one of the most astounding destinations of luxury in the world, a visit to the Ferrari World Theme Park, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Emirates Palace are all must see experiences. A pleasure for both sight and senses can be achieved with lunch at Etihad Tower.

Day 6: Salalah, Oman

Salalah is a vibrant and colourful place full of history and character. It’s located in the Dhofar region of Oman, a region famous for its unique weather locally known as Khareef. This annual monsoon transforms the desert terrain into a lush, green landscape teeming with seasonal waterfalls.

Day 11 : Aqaba, Jordan

Aqaba has been inhabited since 4000 B.C., located on the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea. Filled with countless beach resorts, the area is popular for water sports and home to incredible reef structures for scuba divers.

Day 12 – 13: Suez Canal, Egypt

The Suez Canal connects the Mediterranean and Red Sea and was built by the Suez Canal Company back in 1869. It is one of the great innovations that has lasted into the modern world.

Day 15: Heraklion (Crete), Greece

Wander the atmospheric old alleys, marvel at the massive Venetian walls and explore The Palace of Knossós in this beautiful port city Heraklion – the capital of the Greek island of Crete.

Day 17: Rome, Italy

Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums. Or people-watch while sipping on an espresso in a quaint cafe. Today be met at the port and be transferred to the hotel for the evening.

Day 18: Rome, Italy

With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. After breakfast today, enjoy a guided tour of the Vatican and its museums. See ornate candelabras, furniture and tapestries, view historic maps and priceless art works. Visit the Sistine Chapel to view frescos of the Genesis and the Last Judgment. Then take an internal tour of Saint Peter’s Basilica, to take in Michelangelo’s Pietà; the marble statue of Mary holding the body of Jesus. Finally visit impressive Saint Peter’s Square. The rest of the day is free for your relaxation or further sightseeing around Rome. (B)

Day 19: Rome – Montepulciano – Siena – Florence

After breakfast and check out, leave Rome behind and travel into Tuscany. Enjoy your BONUS wine tasting today in the beautiful town of Montepulciano. Later in Siena, experience a BONUS guided city tour. Starting from Piazza San Domenico, be guided through the historic and beautifully preserved streets and piazzas of the old city. Admire the fourteenth-century Palazzo Salimbeni and continue onto Palazzo Tolomei; the oldest private palace of the city, constructed in 1205. Then enter Piazza del Duomo, one of Italy’s finest examples of the Gothic style. Your tour ends in Piazza del Campo, a beautiful medieval square. Finish the day with the short drive on to Florence. (B)

Day 20: Florence – La Spezia – Genoa

From the magical city of Florence today, drive up to la Spezia, gateway to the Cinque Terre; ‘Five Lands’. Comprised of five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore, the coastline, villages and surrounding hillsides form the UNESCO listed Cinque Terre National Park. Look out for the carefully built terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. Only paths, trains and boats connect the villages, cars cannot reach them from the outside. After the scenic local train trip (included) into Cinque Terre, enjoy your included BONUS guided tour. Later continue your adventure on to Genoa. (B)

Day 21: Genoa – Lake Como – Milan

This morning take the scenic drive to Lake Como, a highlight on your Italian adventure. The BONUS tour will start from Piazza del Duomo with a splendid cathedral, neoclassical theatre and Casa. Wandering through the historic town centre, reach the Romanesque basilica of San Fedele and the walls medieval walls that surround the city. Then, experience Lake Como from the water on a one hour boat trip past some of the most iconic lakeside villages. Return to Milan to relax for the evening. (B)

Day 22: Milan, Italy

Famous as the Italian capital of fashion and design, Milan is also a hub for art, history and culture! Today enjoy a BONUS city tour. Take a guided walk by the Castello Sforzesco with a visit to the extensive gardens. From the castle walk towards the Duomo, look out for the many elegant buildings that line each street. From Piazza Duomo, walk through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele to Piazza della Scala and the famous theater in the world: La Scala. Spend the rest of the day at your own pace. (B)

Day 23: Milan – Verona – Mestre

After breakfast at the hotel this morning, travel east to pristine Verona. Here experience a BONUS City tour. Visit the still-used Verona Arena (with the option – not included – to fully enter the arena), Castelvecchio as seen from the river, Porta Corsari (a roman gate of the first century AD) and the impressive Ponte Pietra (stone bridge). Wrap up the tour with a visit to Juliet’s house to view the famous balcony visited by Romeo. Conclude today with the short trip over to Mestre, just outside Venice, where you can relax for the evening. (B)

Day 24: Mestre – Venice

Today make your way to Venice by private boat to Tronchetto San Marco. When in Venice your BONUS city tour starts from the magnificent Piazza San Marco, one of the most beautiful squares in the world and the centre of Venetian life. On the north side of the square stands the Clock Tower and the Procuratie Vecchie, to the west is the Napoleonic wing and on the south, Procuratie Nuove. The Basilica of San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale – the symbolic monuments of the Venetian Republic – stand on the background of the square. Inside the church, admire the ornate décor and magnificent Byzantine mosaics. Then walk to the Rialto Bridge, one of the most beautiful bridges and symbols of the town and conclude with a visit to the Vecchia Murano (included) to view beautiful hand blown glass works. Take the rest of the day to soak up Venice’s unique culture, history and architecture. (B)

Day 25: Venice, Italy

After a leisurely breakfast today, take the time to further explore Venice and the fascinating surrounding islands. Enjoy some of the excellent traditional food and drink, or soak up the atmosphere in one of the piazzas before being transferred to the airport to commence your journey home. (B)

MSC Seaview is rewriting the traditional cruising platform in unforeseen ways. Her naming ceremony took place in December 2017, with her inaugural journey in 2018.
