Day 1: Casablanca, Morocco

Upon arrival into Casablanca, a tour representative will meet you at the airport. Then be transferred to your hotel to relax for the rest of the day. Note; Due to flight and scheduling, some customers may be required to depart on the day before (day 0)

Day 2: Casablanca – Marrakech

This morning after breakfast experience the sights and sounds of Casablanca on a panoramic city tour. Your air-conditioned coach will take you to Hassen II Mosque, which towers over the coastline, Mohamed V Square and past the imposing Royal Palace. Later in the day the coach will depart for Marrakech, to check in and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 3: Marrakech – Rabat

Start today with a fascinating half day tour of Marrakech. Visit beautiful and architecturally significant Koutoubia Mosque, elegant Menara Gardens, the Bahia palace, the incredibly ornate and indulgent Saadian tombs and of course famous Djem aa El Fna Square, with it’s stalls and entertainers. Later, depart Marrakech, bound for the capital, Rabat. Upon arrival check-in and relax overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: Rabat – Meknes – Fez

After breakfast this morning, experience a half day guided panoramic tour of Rabat, Morocco’s relatively orderly capital. Known for it’s charming blue painted old town and imposing seaside Kasbah (fortress), visit the Mausoleum of King Mohammed (V) and Royal Palace before continuing to the beautiful Berber city of Meknes and finally Fez this afternoon. Take advantage of free time for the rest of the day.

Day 5: Fez – Tangier

Wake up in Fez today and get to know this remarkable city on a half day city tour. The ‘cultural capital’ of Morocco is home to the oldest universities on earth, having been established in 859. The complex is surrounded by a maze of alleys, cobbled squares and beautifully decorated buildings. Visit the bazaar with time to shop for mementos and haggle with traders. Then, proceed to Tangier on the far north coast. Upon arrival in Tangier, check into your hotel and enjoy free time.

Day 6: Tangier – Algeciras – Sevilla

After breakfast, this morning, be transferred to Tangier’s ferry terminal and commence the transit from North Africa to Europe. The ferry takes approximately 90 minutes. Meet your new tour leader on arrival into Algeciras and continue onto beautiful Seville, Spain.

Day 7: Sevilla – Badajoz

After a half day in Seville today starts in Santa Cruz, the old Jewish Quarter. Made up of narrow streets and plazas and home to many of the cities’ most striking historical buildings, enjoy a walk through the area while taking in the complex and fascinating history. The famous gothic cathedral occupies the site of a mosque built in the late twelfth century. The cathedral’s ‘Giralda’ bell tower and the Patio de los Naranjos reflect the region’s Moorish culture. Take in expansive views of the Spanish countryside as the coach travels to Badajoz this afternoon, with plenty of time to check in and have the evening at leisure.

Day 8: Badajoz – Lisbon

After breakfast at the hotel this morning, head west and accross the border to Lisbon. On arrival, a city tour will take in one of Lisbon’s most important monuments; the Monastery of Jeronimos, containing the tombs of Vasco da Gama and Camoes. The onward for a photo stop at the Torre de Belem, an iconic symbol of the city; the Moorish Citadel and the Black Horse Square. Walk in the Alfama district of narrow labyrinthine streets; the picturesque old quarter. Finally, your coach will transfer you directly to the cruise terminal, to board the incredible Celebrity Infinity for a night in Lisbon Port before departing on your 10 night cruise to Barcelona

Day 9: Lisbon, Portugal

Welcome to the hilly, coastal capital of Portugal. The views from Sao Jorge Castle will allow you to spot the cities pastel coloured buildings, Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve and the suspension bridge. Venturing slightly outside of the city opens you up to beautiful beaches from Cascais to Estoril!

Day 10: Porto, Portugal

Porto is a beautiful coastal city known for it’s wine and stately bridges. Porto is enticing to all with its historic centre, sumptuous food and wine, and charismatic locals.

Day 11: La Coruna, Spain

La Coruna, Spain’s port city and beachy hot spot in the north is known for its Roman lighthouse, the Tower of Hercules, which has sweeping coastal views. In the medieval old town is the arcaded Plaza de María Pita, surrounded by narrow pedestrianized lanes.

Day 12: At Sea

Your full day at sea will allow you to take full advantage of everything your ship has to offer. Seek out hidden treasures and make the most of the facilities onboard. If you packed full of fun activities then be sure to refer to the ship’s daily newsletter to keep up to date on everything offered onboard. If relaxation is on your mind then your sea day will allow you to sit back, soak in ship life and watch the world as it floats by you.

Day 13: Gibraltar

Enjoy stunning views from the Rock, 400 metres above the city. Browse the many shops and head to a local pub for some delicious fish and chips.

Day 14: Malaga, Spain

An exploration of Malaga will leave you intrigued with its blend of Arabian and European influences. The trip is only complete with a visit to The Alhambra, a fine example of Moorish art.

Day 15: At Sea

Your full day at sea will allow you to take full advantage of everything your ship has to offer. Seek out hidden treasures and make the most of the facilities onboard. Day 16: Alicante, Spain

Alicante is nestled amongst towering mountains and the ocean, perfect for beach lovers. Tap in to your cultural interests with the La Alcudia Archaeological Sites, a fully functional digging space that has been occupied since the Stone Age.

Day 17: Valencia, Spain

Old meets new in this beautiful region of Spain. Explore the rich history of art and culture in Spain’s third largest city, offering a truly altruistic European experience.

Day 18: Barcelona, Spain

Welcome to the cultural hub of Spain, Barcelona! Explore the stunning sights such as the Sagrada Familia and enjoy the local tapas for some truly delicious cuisine.
